International CFD broker's affiliate program is a key growth direction, currently at an early stage. Opportunity to build the direction almost from scratch with high potential. Responsibilities: - Develop affiliate program strategy - Scale partner acquisition - Develop existing partner channels - Work with CPA, RevShare and hybrid models - Analyze source effectiveness - Establish processes, KPIs and scaling system - Develop new markets together with marketing

- Experience as Head of Affiliate / Affiliate Lead, extensive network (LATAM, MENA, Africa) - Experience in Forex / CFD / Binary / FinTech - Deep understanding of affiliate models - Experience scaling partner programs - English B2+
