We’re looking for a Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth for a next-generation non-custodial crypto-financial platform built on Solana. You’ll work across paid channels, partnerships, and product growth loops to scale a fast-growing platform with 5,000+ active users, combining crypto cards, lending, yield, and banking infrastructure. About the Product: A premium crypto neobank built on Solana, offering the world’s first debit + credit card backed entirely by on-chain assets. The product allows users to spend, borrow, and earn — without giving up custody of their assets. Your Mission is scale growth across acquisition, activation, and monetization funnels, while building efficient unit economics and strong community-driven distribution.

2+ years in growth/marketing in fintech or crypto Strong experience with both paid acquisition and partnerships Hands-on approach and high execution speed Ability to work independently with clear communication Experience with mobile growth and performance marketing Fluent English (B2+), Russian is a plus All external partnerships and commercial agreements must be aligned with the founder before finalization — this is a strict requirement. Nice to Have: Experience in crypto-fintech products (cards, lending, wallets, DeFi apps) Understanding of the Solana ecosystem Experience with referral systems and community growth mechanics
