Growth Manager

Growth Manager for a fintech/digital assets company. Focus on user operations, payments, and financial instruments. Remote or London based. Responsibilities include paid channels, mobile growth, funnel development, partnerships, and analytics.

The company is developing a product in the fintech and digital assets space, focusing on user operations, payments, and financial instruments. We are looking for a Growth Manager to take end-to-end ownership of product growth. Tasks: • Launch and scale paid channels (ASA, Google UAC, Meta) • Mobile growth (App Store / Google Play) • Funnel development: acquisition → activation → retention • Partnerships (KOL, Web3, referrals) • Analytics, cohorts, A/B tests

• Experience in growth (crypto / fintech) • Performance + mobile marketing • Understanding of unit economics • Hands-on approach • English B2+

• full-time • remote or London (Level39) • direct access to the founder • high level of ownership
