We are looking for a Growth Manager with a focus on the website for an international IT company developing SaaS, AI/ML, and financial products. Responsibilities include increasing website traffic, SEO, and managing development and content. Office located in St. Petersburg or Moscow.

We are an international IT company that has been developing SaaS, AI/ML solutions, and financial products for large-volume operations for the US and EU markets since 2017. We operate at a high pace and grow rapidly, focusing on the global market. We currently have over 10,000,000 users. This position involves working from a comfortable office in St. Petersburg or Moscow. Responsibilities: Control and increase website traffic, launch and develop new areas. Time allocation: 30% SEO - 40% management - 30% website development SEO: collect and cluster semantics, form structure, set technical specifications for texts, on-page optimization, launch new pages. Develop, fix, and launch new website pages: work through structure and content, coordinate designers/copywriters/developers, monitor quality and deadlines. Monitor news and trends and promptly launch pages for current demand. Analytics and KPIs: set goals and monitor the growth of organic traffic, positions, and conversions.

What is important in experience: Deep understanding of crypto/web3: what Perps, Prediction markets, DeFi, DEX/CEX, L2, stablecoins, etc., are; who the key players are (exchanges, protocols, media). Experience in SEO/content/growth with measurable results (even if not in crypto). Ability to set tasks and manage contractors/teams (content, design, development). Will be a plus: Experience with any templating engine (nunjucks/handlebars/jinja). Experience in fintech/crypto/trading or related markets. Experience launching landing pages for product areas and their SEO packaging.
