Generate and test 3–5+ hypotheses per week using HADI. Find growth points across the entire funnel: from ads to lead, visit, and booking. Test creatives, offers, quizzes, chatbots, landing pages, and other lead generation mechanics. Analyze CPL, CAC, ROMI, lead quality, and conversion. Work with Yandex Metrica, Calltouch, CRM, and ad accounts. Identify effective combinations 'audience → offer → creative → landing page'. Scale successful solutions to other projects. Write short texts and offers, prepare briefs for a designer. Develop landing pages with contractors.

1+ year of experience in performance marketing. Understanding of Yandex Direct, VK, and Telegram Ads. Ability to work with analytics and make data-driven decisions. Skill in independently setting and testing hypotheses. Competent written and verbal communication. Experience in real estate will be a big plus.

Fully remote work. Full-time, 5/2 or flexible schedule. 80,000–130,000 RUB net. Bonuses for KPI and hypothesis performance. Opportunity to grow into a leadership role.
