Pragmatic is a leading performance marketing agency for real estate developers across Russia. We help developers attract more quality leads and increase sales through systematic work with advertising, analytics, and funnel. We work with MDS, Kalinka Group, Third Trust and others. Looking for a Growth Hacker who will find growth points, test hypotheses and scale solutions that deliver results. Responsibilities: - Generate and test 3–5+ hypotheses per week using HADI. - Find growth points across the entire funnel — from advertising to application, visit and booking. - Test creatives, offers, quizzes, chatbots, landing pages and other lead generation mechanics. - Analyze data: CPL, CAC, ROMI, lead quality, conversion. - Work with Yandex Metrica, Calltouch, CRM and ad accounts. - Find effective combinations audience → offer → creative → landing page. - Scale successful solutions to other projects. - Write short texts, offers for creatives, briefs for designer. - Develop landing pages with contractors.

Experience in performance marketing from 1 year. Understanding of Yandex Direct, VK, Telegram Ads. Ability to work with analytics and make data-driven decisions. Skill to independently set and test hypotheses. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in real estate is a big plus. Main: you should be interested not just in running ads but in finding ways to double results.
