Global ORM Lead (FinTech)

Global ORM Lead for a major trading platform (FinTech). Remote, possible employment in Cyprus. Competitive fixed salary plus bonuses. Leads global ORM strategy, team, and reputation risk management.

Role is responsible for systematic development and protection of the brand's digital reputation across key markets — from strategy to building a team and a measurement system. Tasks: - Develop and implement a global ORM strategy - Identify priority markets, languages, and focus areas - Build a KPI system to manage the ORM function - Use data to decide which initiatives to scale, refine, or close - Identify reputational risks and prioritize their handling - Negotiate with key platforms on disputed/negative content and achieve outcomes in the brand's interest within platform rules and legislation - Assemble and develop an international ORM team - Manage contractors, tools, and the function's budget

7+ years in ORM, digital reputation monitoring, marketing/brand analytics, digital PR, or related fields Experience building an ORM function from scratch Fluent English — independent negotiations with international platforms Strong analytics: metrics, hypotheses, root-cause analysis, evaluating return on investment Experience with Reddit, Quora, Trustpilot, YouTube, industry/regional review platforms, and search results Practical experience with reputation monitoring tools Nice to have: experience in fintech, payment services, iGaming, or another regulated international business
