Determine the vector of business development, ensure financial and economic results, and build strategic partnerships with key industry players. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement long-term company development strategy, ensuring achievement of key business goals. - Control and organize the implementation of projects for customers. - Manage the company's budget. - Form a team: organizational structure, staffing schedule, KPIs. - Participate in key negotiations with customers. - Control and implement the financial and economic activities of the company and achieve target efficiency indicators.

Higher technical education in the field of energy: thermal power engineering, heat engineering, or related fields. Experience in managerial work in engineering companies, design bureaus, or operation services of thermal power plants. Proven experience in implementing large projects and modernization programs in thermal power engineering and generation. Practical skills in financial management of an industrial enterprise: budgeting, cost control, working capital and cash flow management. Experience interacting with large industry customers, participating in tenders, coordinating technical requirements, and defending design solutions. Deep understanding of technological processes at thermal power plants, including the operation of boiler and heat exchange equipment.
