Development and implementation of company development strategy; Business management and all functional areas; Development of own logistics infrastructure; Management of financial and economic business indicators; Development of existing areas and search for new growth opportunities; Formation of client acquisition strategy and development of long-term relationships with key partners; Management of commercial team and increasing sales efficiency; Market analysis, business results and key indicators; Participation in formation and improvement of business processes, procedures and company policies; Formation of development plans and control of their implementation.
