Accredited IT company Systems and Algorithms seeks GenAI Developer. Salary 230,000 RUB gross per month. Remote, full-time. Build AI platform services, agents, AI assistants, RAG, LLM evals.

Develop AI platform services for creating functional agents and AI assistants. Prepare the backend for functional agents, including an agent development environment: testing frameworks and open-source agents. Develop a service for managing the registry and skills of agents. Create a single unified service for all knowledge bases and integrate large corporate sources.

Understanding of the architecture, capabilities, and limitations of modern language models. Experience with embeddings, vector search, RAG, structured output, and tool calling. Experience building evals for LLM systems, assessing response quality, controlling hallucinations, and monitoring system behavior. Experience with language model APIs, Hugging Face, and one of the orchestration frameworks. Experience with Airflow, MLflow, Kafka, Redis, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana. Experience operating GPU infrastructure and optimizing inference. Experience with fine-tuning or adapting LLMs, including LoRA / PEFT. Experience designing agentic workflows or multi-agent systems. Understanding of information security, privacy, and personal data handling principles.
