Design and build an autonomous AI agent for a specific business task. Configure the agent to call functions (APIs, databases, CRM) so it can perform actions rather than just converse. Integrate a knowledge base (RAG) for accurate document-based answers and fix bugs.

Real practical experience and a clear understanding of how to create autonomous AI agents.
