Soft Media Group is looking for a Game Designer with 2+ years of experience to improve engagement in web games. Part-time, hybrid/remote. Salary from 100,000 net.

Soft Media Group is a digital integrator working on projects for large businesses and the government, launching new directions and startups. Our games are available on Steam and other platforms. We are actively growing and developing, using a modern stack and disliking bureaucracy. We are looking for a specialist who can not only generate ideas but also conduct in-depth product analysis. We want to boost the engagement of our web games, and we need your sharp mind.

Experience as a game designer for over 2 years; Skills: analysis of a finished game, identifying engagement issues, game mathematics; Good knowledge of F2P/casual/midcore products; Proficient in Figma/Miro, any analytical systems. Will be a plus: Experience in developing already released products (not just pre-production); Experience with browser/web games; Basic understanding of Unity or other game engines; Advanced level of Excel / Google Sheets.

Accredited IT company; Hybrid/remote work format, office located at Paveletskaya metro station; Flexible schedule, but with mandatory availability for syncs with the team during agreed hours from 10:00 to 19:00; Onboarding support, performance review; Monthly team events, pizza/sushi day in the office; Transparent development path: to Lead Game Designer / Head of Game Design depending on contribution to product development and area of responsibility.
