Previous experience in game design, product ownership, or a similar role in game development Strong ability to break down product ideas into clear, structured tasks for development teams Deep understanding of game products and what makes them successful in the market Passion for the gaming industry, including products, competitors, and player trends A strong drive to design exceptional game experiences that can compete with top titles in the industry Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to balance creativity with structure, priorities, and delivery needs Solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to push the quality and potential of the product Strong understanding of how to guide teams toward efficient ways of working and smart prioritization Ability to think both at team level and from a broader product or studio perspective Experience in the iGaming or broader games industry is a strong plus High proficiency in spoken and written English
