Fundraiser

Fundraiser for a charity foundation, remote work, salary from 60,000 RUB plus bonuses.

Responsibilities: - Raising funds for ongoing projects; - Actively searching for new donors; - Working with your own database; - Maintaining document flow; - Analytics of selected areas and database; - Interaction with departments; - Working with donor events; - Participation in preparing reports for donors; - Interest in the development of the foundation.

Requirements: - Knowledge of fundraising tools; - Key qualities: empathy, communication skills, politeness, stress resistance, initiative, responsibility, competent speech; - Experience in fundraising is mandatory.

Conditions: - Schedule 5/2; - Remote work format (we are located in Omsk; calls at a convenient time for you; possible trips to meetings in your city); - Salary: base + percentage of raised funds + bonuses (from 60,000 RUB); - Opportunity to participate in projects, events, business trips, and training from the foundation.
