Functional Architect 1C:ZUP for a banking sector project. Salary 300,000 - 330,000. Location: Moscow, hybrid. Responsibilities include 1C:ZUP functional architecture, requirements, methodology, and leading a team of analysts.

Project in the banking sector. Responsibilities: - Work out functional architecture of the 1C:ZUP block - Gather, formalize and coordinate requirements with the business customer - Develop and coordinate accounting methodology and HR operations solutions - Approve technical specifications prepared by analysts - Plan scope tasks, estimate labor intensity and form a resource plan - Distribute tasks and coordinate the team of analysts - Lead project activities within the ZUP block - Consult related teams on cross-functional tasks - Monitor current project status and achievement of planned results - Interact with customer management and decision makers - Organize interaction with external project participants - Make decisions under incomplete information

Higher education 5+ years of experience Expert knowledge of 1C:ZUP KORP Certificate 1C:Specialist-Consultant in 1C:ZUP Mandatory experience on corporate projects in the banking sector Experience in at least 3 full-cycle projects, at least 2 as a functional architect Experience managing a team of analysts of 10+ specialists Excellent knowledge of payroll, taxes, accruals and reporting methodology Knowledge of industry accounting for employee remuneration in credit organizations — Bank of Russia Regulation No. 465-P Confident knowledge of 1C platform mechanisms and metadata objects Experience designing integration solutions and master data distribution between systems
