Functional Architect 1C:TOiR KORP — Mineral Fertilizer Production

Remote + business trips to production sites. Full-time, 5/2, 9:00-18:00 MSK. Salary 340K-400K RUB/month. Project for mineral fertilizer production, 4 branches. Contract: self-employed, IP, GPC. Duration: 01.11.2026 - 30.06.2028.

Project: mineral fertilizer production, 4 production branches. Tasks: – Methodology and normalization of TOiR NSI; – Technical design and prototyping; – Development of project documentation; – Support of OPEX and commissioning; – Responsibility for solution integrity.

Requirements: – At least 8 years in 1C implementation projects at large industrial enterprises; – At least 5 years with 1C:TOiR or other EAM systems (SAP PM, Maximo, etc.); – Experience as a functional architect or lead consultant in 2+ full-cycle TOiR projects; – Deep knowledge of 1C:TOiR KORP 3.0 combined with 1C:ERP UKh (MTO, repair costs); – Fit-gap analysis, review of PR and FS, project documentation per GOST 34; – TOiR NSI architecture: object structure, classifiers, standards; – Functional design of integrations and role model; – Experience in defending solutions before management and customer architectural bodies. Plus: – Risk-oriented TOiR planning, RCM, ISO 55000; – Process modeling (BPMN, ARIS); – Experience in chemical industry; – Experience with SAP PM or other EAM systems.

Remote work + business trips to customer sites (Berezniki, Perm, Kirovo-Chepetsk, Voskresensk) per project schedule. Full-time, 5/2, 9:00-18:00 MSK. Salary: 340K-400K RUB after taxes. Employment: self-employed (СЗ), IP, GPC. Project duration: 01.11.2026 - 30.06.2028.
