Fullstack Senior / Team Lead (AI/ML Focus)

Senior/Team Lead Fullstack (AI/ML Focus) to lead a team of 4–5, develop mobile subscription apps and a JavaScript growth platform, integrate LLM/AI features. Salary up to $5000 gross/month. Location: Poland/Europe, remote or Warsaw office.

Project: We are developing a portfolio of mobile subscription apps in the utilities sector and a scalable JavaScript platform for managing growth processes. We are actively implementing AI features for personalization and automation. Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 4–5 people. - Ensure quality, deadlines, and release stability. - Integrate AI solutions into the product. - Manage people and development processes.

7+ years of experience in developing complex web and mobile applications. Strong proficiency with Vue 3/Nuxt or React/Next.js + Node.js/NestJS or Go. Deep experience with Flutter or React Native, understanding of native development (iOS/Android) for custom modules. Experience building scalable systems (Microservices, Micro-frontends), high loads (WebSockets, queues, Redis caching). Ability to set up CI/CD from scratch, work with Docker/Kubernetes, cloud providers (AWS/GCP). Practical experience integrating LLMs and AI features into product scenarios. Experience leading a team (3+ people), mentoring, code reviews, and establishing development processes. Nice to have: experience in FinTech, Crypto/Web3, or high-load delivery marketplaces. Tech stack: Frontend: Vue 2, Nuxt, React, Next.js, TypeScript; React Native is a plus. Backend: Node.js, Express, NestJS, Fastify. AI/Data: LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), vector databases, ML services. Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/Pulumi, Firebase, GCP. Additionally: Stripe, API integrations, analytics.

Salary: up to 5,000 USD gross per month. Location: Poland (other European countries). Work format: remote or optional office attendance in Warsaw.
