Fullstack QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) in Limassol, Cyprus. International fintech company testing web and mobile apps, growing automation.

We are an international fintech company looking for a Fullstack QA Engineer to join the team for testing web and mobile applications and developing automation. First of all, we consider candidates already in Cyprus. What to do: • Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications; • Develop and maintain automated tests for backend and frontend; • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD and analyze test run results; • Investigate reasons for automated test failures, find and localize defects; • Interact with developers and the team at all stages of development; • Participate in preparing test documentation and improving testing processes; • Gradually increase the share of automation in product testing. Important: in the first 6 months, the main focus will be manual testing. Later, a transition mainly to automated testing is planned.

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in manual testing; • At least 2 years of experience in test automation; • Solid knowledge of Python; • Practical experience with Pytest; • Experience in automation testing of backend and frontend; • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD; • Experience testing mobile applications; • Understanding of principles of building and maintaining automated tests; • Ability to analyze test run results and find causes of problems. Nice to have: • Experience with GitLab CI; • Practical experience with Appium + Python; • Experience with Allure / Allure TestOps; • Experience using AI tools in testing; • Experience building and evolving automation framework; • Experience testing high-load or fintech products.
