We are a product IT company with a small distributed team. We are looking for a person to take over the web direction: personal account, admin panels, internal tools, and part of the backend. From foundation to button. What to do: — React/Next.js + Node.js: personal account, admin panels, billing; — API for mobile clients and web, integrations with payment providers and external services; — PostgreSQL and API design; — support, refactoring, and development of existing code.

— commercial experience from 4 years, predominantly Node.js + React; — confident TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Next.js; — able to independently bring a feature from discussion to production; — do not wait for detailed specs for every step. Docker, Linux, CI, payment systems, and highload — a plus.

— up to 300,000–350,000 RUB net; — remote from any country or office in Krasnodar; — Labor Code of the Russian Federation or a contract with a self-employed person/individual entrepreneur/legal entity; — paid vacation, training, conferences, and equipment; — minimum bureaucracy, direct contact with the manager, and real responsibility for the direction.
