Full Stack Team Lead (AI PDLC)

SberHealth, largest Digital Health platform in Russia, seeks Full Stack Team Lead (AI PDLC) to lead cross-functional product team building new mobile app, AI assistant, and risk-profile platform. Full-time, remote in Russia.

SberHealth is an accredited IT company, the largest Digital Health platform in Russia. The team is developing a new mobile application, a next-generation AI assistant, and a personalized risk-profile platform. Responsibilities: - Lead a cross-functional product development team (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, analytics). - Together with the Product Manager, own the full product lifecycle from idea and research to production operation. - Design the architecture of modern AI Native products and make key technical decisions. - Organize the development process using modern engineering practices, including AI PDLC. - Implement AI Coding and modern AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and others). - Organize fast R&D cycles, prototyping, and validation of product hypotheses. - Ensure the quality of engineering solutions, manage technical debt, and evolve product architecture. - Develop the team's engineering culture, participate in hiring, onboarding, and growth of engineers.

- Team/Tech Lead experience of 2+ years. - Experience managing a cross-functional product development team. - Python development experience of 2+ years. - Practical experience building agentic solutions based on LLMs. - Full-Stack development experience with modern digital products. - Strong knowledge of backend development, API design, and modern frontend development. - Experience designing microservice architecture and high-load distributed systems. - Understanding of modern Observability, Platform Engineering, and DevSecOps practices. - Experience with modern LLMs and AI APIs. - Understanding of Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, Tool Calling, MCP, RAG.
