Frontend Tech Lead position requiring 6+ years of experience in product companies and 2+ years in technical leadership. Must have experience with frontend infrastructure, React/Redux, and performance optimization. English B2 required. Located outside Russia and Belarus.

Looking for a Frontend Tech Lead.

Key requirements (critical): - Experience working in product companies 6+ years. - Technical leadership for 2+ years. - Developing at least one product for 3+ years. - Experience with frontend infrastructure (shared libraries, webpack/vite, ESLint, Jest, RTL, Playwright). - React/Redux, SOLID/GRASP, deep knowledge of JS/TS. - Performance (Core Web Vitals, optimizing long tasks). - English B2 - for communication within the product team (international company). - Outside Russia and Belarus.
