Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at JustMarkets, an international multi-asset broker. Strategic partner to the CEO, responsible for financial architecture in a regulated fintech environment. Location: Limassol, Cyprus. Format: Full-time.

The CFO is a strategic partner to the CEO, responsible for the company's financial architecture within a regulated fintech environment. - Formulating the company's financial strategy and aligning it with the business scaling strategy. - Building and developing the financial structure (FP&A, financial control, accounting) with a focus on efficiency and scalability. - Managing business profitability: analyzing unit economics, margin analysis by business lines, and ROI. - Establishing a system for forecasting, scenario modeling, and financial risk management. - Ensuring financial process compliance with regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions. - Partnering with the CEO and business units on the financial feasibility of new initiatives.

10+ years of experience in finance, with 5+ years at the CFO / Group CFO / Deputy CFO level in large-scale businesses. Experience in managing finances within a multi-jurisdictional or regulated structure. Expertise in capital management, liquidity, and currency risk management. Strong strategic profile with the ability to make decisions at the executive team level. Proven experience in managing large finance teams through functional heads. Fluency in Ukrainian and English (B2+). Readiness to relocate to Cyprus.
