Financial Manager for Budgeting and Control
International company in Limassol, Cyprus is looking for a strong Financial Manager to handle budgeting, financial control, and management reporting. Responsibilities include budget management, plan/fact analysis, P&L reporting, and process improvement. Requires 7+ years of experience, advanced Excel, 1C, and English B1.
• Manage and control the company budget • Prepare budgets for divisions and directions • Analyze plan/fact and deviations • Prepare management reporting, including P&L • Develop financial control and improve processes • Participate in forecasting and strategic planning
• 7+ years of experience in budgeting / financial control / management accounting • Strong skills in financial analysis, P&L, KPI • Advanced Excel, 1C, experience in reporting automation • Experience in high-risk industries, preferably: iGaming, forex, payments, fintech • English B1 • Systemic thinking, analytical skills, proactivity • Mandatory higher education in economics and/or finance
• Limassol, office 5/2 • Official employment • International company in active growth phase • Development within the company and prospect to grow into a head of department
