Job Details

Finance Manager role with a remote, full-time position. Responsibilities include payment processing, invoice verification, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Requires experience with multiple legal entities, SEPA/SWIFT, crypto wallets, and accounting software.

Daily processing of payments via banks, crypto wallets, and payment platforms. Verification of invoices and payment requests, document management. Maintenance of Cash Flow Sheet and P&L dashboard. Bank reconciliations and reconciliations with payment systems / gaming providers. Payment of salaries, taxes, management of accounts payable. Maintenance of the payment calendar and support of monthly closing. Analysis of financial results, preparation of ad hoc reports for management.

- Experience in the role of Finance Manager or Accountant - Work with multiple legal entities / jurisdictions (EU, UAE, Hong Kong, etc.) - Confident knowledge of SEPA and SWIFT - Experience with crypto wallets and crypto processing - Google Sheets - advanced level (formulas, automation) - Zoho / QuickBooks / NetSuite / Xero - practical experience - Russian - fluent, English - basic level
