Finance Associate – Family Office
Finance Associate role at a family office in Limassol, Cyprus, focusing on equity investments. Responsibilities include managing financial operations, preparing reports, and coordinating audits. The Finance Manager will be managing the financial operations of the company. This includes overseeing the preparation of reports and coordinating the annual audit of financial statements. Key responsibilities: • Prepare and present comprehensive quarterly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements • Collaborate with investment teams to gather and analyze financial data from portfolio companies • Coordinate the annual audit of financial statement, working closely with external auditors • Ensure all financial records are accurate and compliant with IFRS • Manage bank accounts and KYC procedures • Manage budgeting matters • Prepare management reporting across all the companies of the group • Handle payments from/to corporate accounts and UBO personal accounts
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or experience in an audit or accounting firm • Fluent English and Russian • Strong understanding of IFRS, financial reporting, audit in Cyprus and the UAE accounting and audit processes • Proficiency in management reporting across all entities of the group • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail • Fluency in English, knowledge of spoken Russian is desirable but not obligatory • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in using financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, accounting software, ERP systems)
