Event Manager (Internship)

Changellenge offers a 6-month educational internship in event management for students and graduates. Learn to organize business games, assessments, conferences, and more. Potential for full-time employment.

Changellenge is a strategic HR partner for major companies, working with talented youth and building effective corporate culture. Since 2007, they have worked with 85% of Russia's top 100 employers. They implement over 300 projects annually in three areas: Graduates (internships and leadership programs), Employer Branding (making employer brands attractive), and Learning & Development (building meritocracy). The internship is part of the "Ne-Magistratura" program and lasts 6 months. It helps participants master basic skills and prepare for junior specialist roles. Participants will work on real business cases under experienced mentors. Top performers may be offered a position in the team; 10 participants from the last cohort stayed.

No prior experience in event organization required. Open to students and graduates. Willingness to learn and perform educational tasks based on real business cases.

Duration: 6 months. Internship format: educational practice. Opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.
