Estate Manager (Cyprus)
Estate Manager position in a private country residence in Cyprus. Responsibilities include full operational management, staff supervision, contractor coordination, and technical system maintenance. Requires 5+ years of experience, English proficiency, and knowledge of premium service standards. Competitive salary and corporate car provided.
Object: A private country residence with an area of about 5000 sq.m. with a SPA zone, a bathhouse, and adjacent territory, currently being commissioned. Responsibilities: - Full operational management of the country residence and coordination of all object services; - Control of uninterrupted operation of the house's engineering and technical systems in conjunction with the object's engineer; - Interaction with contractors and service companies for maintenance: SPA zone, Russian bathhouse, climate control systems, boiler and pumping equipment, security systems, television, internet, smart home, etc.; - Monitoring the condition of the house, guest areas, utility rooms, and territory; - Organization and control of repair, construction, and preventive work on the object; - Recruitment, adaptation, and quality control of household staff from scratch; - Management of residence staff: housekeepers, security, cooks, gardeners, bath attendants, masseuses, technical and auxiliary staff; - Development of work schedules, control of discipline and adherence to service standards; - Control of garden, lawn, green spaces, and adjacent territory maintenance; - Organization of additional seasonal and household work as needed; - Control of procurement of consumables, household chemicals, equipment, and supplies; - Maintaining reports on object maintenance, expenses, and completed work; - Prompt resolution of domestic, technical, and organizational issues; - Setup and basic technical support: Apple ecosystem, Smart Home, TV/audio systems, household appliances, and electronics.
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a private residence manager / estate manager; - Experience managing a large household staff; - Understanding of premium service standards and VIP object operation; - Preferably, construction, engineering, or technical education; - Good understanding of private house engineering systems; - Ability to organize and control contractors and technical services; - Skills in working with modern technology, smart home systems, and multimedia; - Organization, high level of responsibility, confidentiality; - Readiness to work in a multitasking mode; - English language proficiency is mandatory; - References from previous places of work will be an advantage. - EU passport/residence permit/work permit in Cyprus will be an advantage.
