Yandex Cloud is looking for an Information Security Engineer with 5+ years of experience. The role involves client onboarding, consulting, presales, and pilot project support. Hybrid/remote/office options available in Moscow.

Responsibilities: - Onboarding and consulting clients - Presales in complex cases - Support of pilot projects and implementations - Development of expertise and knowledge base - Product development

We expect you to: - Have graduated from a university (technical, preferably in information security or IT) - Have worked in a customer-facing role for at least two years (implementation manager, presales engineer, technical consultant for implementing information security systems) - Have automated processes using API, CLI, and IaC tools (Terraform) - Understand web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TLS) and principles of web application operation - Work with logs, traces, and system outputs due to analytical thinking - Read technical documentation in English - Independently search and analyze information in technical documentation and communities - Clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical specialists and business audiences Will be a plus if you: - Have implemented or supported SaaS application protection solutions (WAF, Anti-DDoS, Antibot) and are aware of the criticality of modern cyber threats (OWASP Top 10) - Have worked with monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) - Have worked with network technologies and cloud providers (Yandex Cloud, AWS, GCP, Azure) - Have administered Unix / Linux OS: configured, maintained, diagnosed - Are familiar with the basics of writing regular expressions (Regex) - Have basic knowledge of orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker) - Understand the principles of key information security system classes: WAF, Anti-DDoS, Antibot, FW/NGFW, SIEM, EDR, and others
