Employment Strategy Manager

Looking for an Employment Strategy Manager to develop and execute student employment strategies, manage job placement funnel, and communicate with employers and HR. Remote work, IT EdTech project, competitive salary with bonuses.

Develop employment strategies; Assess job relevance and form positioning of residents for specific employers; Build and develop communication with employers and HR to obtain relevant interviews; Manage the employment funnel from market entry to offer; Analyze search results: conversions, reasons for rejections, effectiveness of channels and scenarios; Formulate, test, and scale hypotheses, changing strategy based on results; Accumulate and systematize market expertise on students, companies, HR, and working scenarios.

Experience in IT recruiting/sourcing/career support of IT specialists from 1–2 years; Experience in active search and direct outreach; Understanding of the IT market, hiring stages, and recruitment funnel; Ability to assess a specialist's fit for a vacancy and understand how to best position them; Skill in working with data, identifying causes of problems, testing hypotheses, and drawing conclusions; Independence and initiative; Strong communication skills and negotiation experience.
