Email Marketer / Copywriter

MDI Group, a developer of business and premium cottage communities in Moscow Oblast, is hiring an Email Marketer / Copywriter to build email marketing from scratch. Salary from 250,000 RUB.

MDI Group is a development company specializing in the construction of business- and premium-class cottage communities in Moscow Oblast, mainly along Novorizhskoye Highway.\nResponsibilities:\n– Build email marketing in the company from scratch — content and technical\n– Integrate communication chains with the company’s websites and CRM system\n– Create strong messages for email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns\n– Conduct CustDev with existing clients and potential buyers\n– Segment the client base and build personalized communications\n– Work in amoCRM and implement necessary technical integrations\n– Develop and launch warm-up chains in email and messengers\n– Set up Telegram bots, WhatsApp Business API, and SMS communications\n– Collect analytics and prepare reporting\n– Continuously improve Open Rate, Click Rate, Conversion Rate, and ROI of chains\n– Independently create texts and meanings, then manage designers, layout designers, and developers\n– Run the full cycle: CustDev, hypothesis, solution, goal and plan, text, design, layout, launch, testing, analytics, optimization

– You have experience building and developing CRM and email marketing\n– You confidently work in amoCRM for at least 2 years\n– You have conducted CustDev with clients and potential buyers\n– You can work with base segmentation and automated communication chains\n– Strong copywriting is one of your key competencies\n– You follow trends, constantly develop, and learn from the best\n– You can not just launch campaigns but improve metrics and influence business results\n– You do not tolerate weak work, banality, or the “good enough” approach
