DWH Developer-Analyst

DOM.RF is seeking a Senior DWH Developer-Analyst with 5+ years of experience. Remote work possible (Moscow). Responsibilities include business analysis, ETL/ELT development, SQL optimization, and data quality control.

Project communication with business customers to clarify business requirements Identify and analyze business requirements, needs, and problems of the business customer Formulate requirement specifications, logical models, data structures, and design solutions (data warehouses and data marts) Coordinate design solutions with architects, developers, and analysts from related teams Design and develop ETL/ELT processes, warehouse layers, and data marts Develop and optimize SQL queries Conduct internal testing and quality control of information products implemented by developers Participate in acceptance testing of information products and documentation with customers Ensure data quality control and integrity

Higher education: technical, mathematical, or financial At least 5 years of work experience Confident knowledge of Python, GIT, Airflow (DAG with task decomposition, dependencies, sensors) Deep knowledge of SQL: window functions, procedures, functions, nested queries, query optimization experience Understanding of indexes, partitions, keys, normal forms, SCD Understanding of data modeling, warehouse building, replication, and data consistency Ability to refactor code and perform migration from one system to another Knowledge of CI/CD principles Knowledge of PL/SQL for Oracle, Postgres, Greenplum, or other MPP DBMS (will be a plus) Experience with API (will be a plus) Knowledge of OOP, DBT, Kafka, Bash, SAS (will be a plus)
