DWH Analyst for a project-based role with Top Selection. Middle+/Senior grade, full-time, long-term. Requires 5+ years of experience in DWH and banking, Oracle/PostgreSQL, Jira/Confluence, and FineBI/Python. Salary from 288K to 316K. Only for Russian citizens/residents.

Ensuring analytical and data support for the salary direction. - Development of data marts for the salary direction; - Formation of a unified analytical layer for salary clients; - Design and development of data marts for transparency of portfolio, sales, and client behavior; - Ensuring correct identification of salary clients (development of unified business logic); - Building a management analytics system: formation of metrics (funnel, profitability, retention, activity); - Analysis of the effectiveness of acquisition channels and manager performance, identification of growth drivers and loss areas; - Development of client lifecycle analytics: behavior analysis, churn, LTV; - Ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy, implementing control mechanisms; - Preparation and support of business requirements for DWH, translation of business tasks into data requirements; - Preparation of analytics to assess the business effect of initiatives; - Testing and handover of work results to the internal customer; - Agreement of key metrics for assessing the success of functional implementation; - Work with the Data Governance platform in terms of knowledge base formation.

- Experience: from 5 years (including 2+ years of banking reporting experience); - Banking experience - strictly mandatory; - Experience with data warehouses from 5 years; - Banking reporting experience from 2 years; - Understanding of the task lifecycle and ETL processes; - Knowledge of data warehouse construction technologies; - Experience with databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL; - Skills in working with Jira, Confluence; - Higher education (technical specialization will be a plus); - Ability to form and formalize business requirements; - Skills in interacting with internal customers; - Responsibility, attention to data quality, ability to work on time. - Experience with FineBI; - Experience with Python; Desirable: - Experience in "debit cards" area.
