Duty Infrastructure Engineer

Full-time remote duty engineer position at a Rostelecom subsidiary. Salary 150,000-180,000 RUB gross with annual bonus. 2/2 shift schedule.

The company provides infrastructure as a service for Rostelecom subsidiaries. We are building a 24/7 second-line duty engineering team. Schedule 2/2. Tasks: - Quick response to requests, meeting SLA. - Writing and maintaining relevant regulations, instructions, etc. - Developing monitoring systems. - Performing scheduled maintenance during low-load shifts (night shifts). - Configuring and verifying the availability of RK (recovery?) systems. - Passing complex issues to the next expert team with logs and diagnostic information.

Advanced level: Windows Server, AD, CA, DNS, GPO, TS Exchange, VMware, Veeam, Zabbix. The stack will gradually change towards import substitution. Basic level: RedOS, Alt Linux, Astra Linux, Ansible, Bash/Python/PS, Docker, Nextcloud.

Salary: 150,000-180,000 RUB gross, annual bonus 15%. Employment under the Russian Labor Code, DMS (voluntary health insurance). Format: 2/2, fully remote.
