Hotel Cosmonaut 5-star in Karaganda seeks Director of Sales and Marketing. Salary 1,500,000 KZT gross. Develop B2B and corporate sales, manage team, grow MICE, conferences, banquets.

Tasks: — development of B2B and corporate sales; — growth of MICE, conferences, banquets, and F&B; — managing the sales team and KPIs; — development of commercial strategy and work with ADR/RevPAR.

We are looking for a specialist with experience in 4-5 star hotels, at least 3 years in a managerial position, strong B2B and team management experience.
