Director of Sales and Marketing

Director of Sales and Marketing at Anor & Saffron Curio Collection by Hilton in Tashkent. Develop and implement hotel sales and marketing strategy, attract corporate clients and partners.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the hotel's sales and marketing strategy. - Attract corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and international partners. - Develop Corporate, MICE, Leisure, and Travel Trade segments. - Conduct business meetings, negotiations, and presentations; prepare commercial proposals and conclude contracts. - Build long-term relationships with key clients and partners. - Participate in developing pricing policy and commercial terms. - Analyze the market, competitors, and new opportunities for revenue growth. - Set goals and monitor the implementation of sales plans. - Build a client base.

Requirements: - Mandatory experience in sales in the hotel business. - Experience in international hotel chains is an advantage. - Experience in 4-5 star hotels is welcome. - Understanding of Corporate, MICE, Leisure, and Travel Trade segments. - Knowledge of the Tashkent and Uzbekistan hotel market is an advantage. - Fluent Russian and English. - Developed negotiation, presentation, and client acquisition skills. - Ability to build long-term partnerships.
