Director of Product (SportTech / GovTech)

Seeking a Product Director to lead the creation and large-scale launch of a social digital service in sports and healthy lifestyle for a million-strong audience in Moscow. Full-time, competitive salary, DMS.

Form and defend strategic vision and product strategy before key clients and stakeholders. Act as full Product Owner: conduct demos, validate hypotheses with clear success metrics, timelines, and target values. Study and implement best global practices of sports and healthy lifestyle IT services. Build community around the product, find like-minded people, initiate partnerships and industry consortia. Manage the full cycle end-to-end: from idea, market analysis, and technical specifications to launch, scaling, and achieving target indicators. Maintain a roadmap and manage the backlog. Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external contractors): development, analytics, marketing, PR, operations. Conduct post-release analysis, draw conclusions for subsequent iterations, and take responsibility for the final result. Package successful releases into bright PR cases, present the product at specialized IT conferences, forums, and awards.

Education: higher technical. Experience: successful and proven track record of launching and bringing new large-scale IT products to market. B2G / Enterprise: experience effectively interacting with state customers. Management skills: strong managerial background - clear task setting, execution control, work with distributed teams. Expertise: systematic understanding of the full product lifecycle, strong analytics, experience conducting in-depth market research. Personal qualities: leadership energy, proactivity, ability to inspire teams with ideas and drive processes at all levels.
