Director of Fundraising and Resource Attraction

Charitable Foundation Second Breath seeks a Director of Fundraising and Resource Attraction to lead a team of 8, develop strategies for private and corporate donations, and manage partnerships. Hybrid work in Moscow.

The role involves participation in developing the foundation's strategy; developing and implementing a fundraising strategy (attracting private and corporate donations and goods, selling foundation services and special projects, placing donation containers); developing partner relations, expanding the product line, and attracting new partners; developing private donor attraction (product portfolio, donor journey, retention system); ensuring departmental targets for funds, goods, and container installations; supporting major partners and donors; monitoring CSR and ESG trends; analyzing best practices; managing and organizing the fundraising team (8 employees), setting tasks, motivating and monitoring KPIs; auditing and optimizing business processes; improving analytics; cross-functional collaboration with communications and program departments; budget management and reporting.

Shared mission and values of the Foundation; 3+ years of experience leading a team and in a similar role as Director of Corporate Fundraising; successful cases in B2C and B2B and experience attracting large partners; experience communicating with decision-makers; ability to analyze the market and make strategic decisions; readiness for many meetings, no fear of routine, ability to present products and services.
