Director of Educational Programs

Luminari center in Dagestan seeks a Director of Educational Programs to lead curriculum design, teacher selection, and quality assessment. English required. Based in Moscow or Dagestan.

Responsibilities: - Educational strategy and annual program grid - Program design from module concept to individual sessions - Selection of teachers, residents, coordinators, and mentors - Mentorship methodology and content work with mentors - Quality assessment system: criteria, rubric, internal program evaluation - Organization of administrator work

Experience in producing with deadlines, budget, and team; understanding of how a child progresses through a program and where they are lost; human-centered approach in education. English is mandatory.

Moscow or Dagestan, with regular trips to the center.
