Director of Medical and Social Programs

Russian Red Cross seeks Director of Medical and Social Programs. Moscow office near Akademicheskaya metro, 5/2 schedule. Requires 3+ years management experience.

Responsibilities: - Implement medical and social programs (first aid, blood donation, social support, etc.) at all stages; - Plan department strategy and launch large-scale projects with regions; - Prepare reports in the "Electronic Budget" system, calculate target indicators and financing; - Develop internal regulations, methodological and analytical materials; - Set up interaction with regional branches.

Requirements: - Higher education (social work, healthcare - a plus); - At least 3 years in a management position, experience managing 10+ employees; - Knowledge of legislation in social sphere and healthcare; - Analytical and strategic thinking, ability to stay focused in a flow of tasks, crisis management skills; - Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate with different levels of management.
