Director of DevOps Direction

Head of DevOps for a large Russian IT company, banking project in Cambodia. Office, relocation and housing paid. $8000 gross per month.

Main tasks: - Management and development of DevOps/SRE team; - Development of Internal Developer Platform (IDP), self-service infrastructure and CI/CD; - Automation of SDLC and implementation of AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot); - Development of SRE practices, observability, DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code; - Improving system reliability, optimizing infrastructure and engineering processes.

Important: - At least 6 years of experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering, including team management; - Proven experience in building IDP or similar self-service platforms; - Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, AWS/GCP/Azure; - Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Python/Go; - Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry and SRE practices; - Experience with DevSecOps practices and modern security approaches; - Practical experience in implementing AI tools in engineering processes; - Experience with scalable distributed systems. Languages: Russian, English C1.

Office, relocation and housing paid. Salary: $8000 gross.
