Director of Customer Service at IT Company Any (Part of T-Bank Group)

Any (part of T-Bank Group) is a Russian product IT company that creates e-commerce solutions. The team needs a leader to develop customer service and Customer Success as one of the company's key business functions.

You will be responsible for the health and development of Any's entire customer portfolio: from service quality and customer satisfaction to retention and revenue growth of the existing base. You will build a scalable system where the team not only reacts to requests but understands the client's business tasks, helps get measurable results from the product, and sees churn risks in advance.
