Konsol.Pro helps businesses safely and conveniently collaborate with freelance contractors by automating onboarding, payments, and document flow, removing operational burden and risks from clients. The team is looking for a director with strong commercial thinking and sales experience to restructure account management from a support service into a commercially managed function that impacts revenue, retention, and customer base growth. You will also manage the client portfolio, reduce churn, identify early churn signals, and automate repetitive processes, including using AI tools.

Salary from 500,000 RUB per month. Work format: remote, with office in Moscow (hybrid possible).
