Directologist / Yandex.Direct Specialist

Institute of Innovations and Law, a patent bureau, seeks a Directologist to manage Yandex.Direct campaigns, focusing on leads and ROI. Remote, full-time, salary 60,000-100,000 RUB.

We are a patent bureau with over 7 years of experience, helping register trademarks, patents, software, and protect intellectual property. Team of 70+ specialists, clients across Russia. Responsibilities include managing Yandex.Direct campaigns, analyzing product, audience, offers, and finding growth points.

Experience with Yandex.Direct independently; experience managing budgets from 1 million RUB per month per project; understanding that advertising results are quality leads, not clicks; ability to analyze product, audience, offers, and find growth points; desire to develop in internet marketing. Nice to have: experience with landing pages, builders, HTML/no-code/AI tools; ability to write offers, ad texts, landing page structure; interest in other traffic sources.

Remote; 5/2, 09:00-18:00 Moscow time; employment under Russian Labor Code; income 60,000-100,000 RUB after taxes, based on interview; real advertising budgets, clear metrics, and marketing team.
