Digital Product Portfolio Manager

Centicore Group is hiring a Digital Product Portfolio Manager for a banking delivery project in Moscow (hybrid, Tekhnopark metro). Salary 320,000–350,000 RUB net. Focus: SFA delivery apps, product roadmap, and two development teams.

Project: Delivery SFA – development of two main applications for Delivery: SFADelivery (master delivery system) and SFAGO. SFAGO is an application for mobile bankers. The team is responsible for enhancements to the SFAGO application and web version for delivering products for legal entities (cash settlement services, registered business, business cards, etc.). Responsibilities: - Manage the product backlog and deliver it on schedule - Manage two development teams responsible for delivering legal entity products - Interact with business customers and related teams to implement the Bank's development strategy - Monitor metrics and develop action plans to achieve them - Communicate with users, collect feedback, and resolve their issues - Improve the user journey - Implement dashboards to monitor product effectiveness

Higher education RO experience of 4+ years Experience with delivery functionality Experience managing a development team using Agile methodology Ability to manage a product within a roadmap with specified deadlines Responsibility, structure, attentiveness, discipline
