Digital Product Designer

Digital Product Designer at Bell Integrator: design complex product interfaces (web, high-load, data-heavy), lead features end-to-end, use product and service design frameworks, conduct research, work with design systems. Remote in Russia.

We are looking for a designer with a proactive attitude: a designer does not wait for a task, they find the problem and solve it. Understanding that the best interface is no interface, awareness that a designer's work does not start with a mockup and does not end with it. Design complex product interfaces (web, high-load, data-heavy) and simplify complex scenarios without losing functionality. Independently lead features end-to-end: from problem formulation and hypotheses to launch and subsequent improvement based on data. Consciously use product and service design frameworks (CJM, Blueprint, JTBD, etc.): understand when they are truly needed and how to turn them into concrete solutions. Make decisions based on metrics: able to set success criteria, analyze product metrics and connect interface changes to business results. Have practical experience conducting research (qualitative and quantitative) and use their results in work, not just for show. Work with design systems at a system level: not only use but also develop them, understanding the impact on development speed and product consistency. Able to defend decisions through argumentation (data, research, business goals) and take leadership in the product team.
