DevOps/System Administrator 1C, remote, full-time, salary 180,000-230,000 RUB. Responsibilities include audit, analysis, and pipeline redesign for 1C:EDT + Git.

Audit the current environment: Study the 1C:EDT + Git setup, identify bottlenecks (slow builds, conflicts, dependency issues). Code analysis: Review the project for performance. There is a hypothesis that non-optimal code (or module structure) slows down the pipeline and system response. Solution design: Agree with the customer on the target pipeline architecture (changes in build, testing, delivery stages). Implementation: Rework the pipeline according to the agreed plan. Set up automation.

Experience with 1C:EDT - critical (deep knowledge and experience) Understanding of the 1C development lifecycle. Experience in CI/CD configuration. Skills in analyzing 1C code performance (queries, client-server calls, locks). Experience with Git at an advanced user level.
