DevOps Middle position at Federal Medical-Biological Agency in Moscow. Salary: 200,000 - 350,000 net. Full-time, hybrid format. Focus on scientific research, human genome, and data analysis.

The Federal Medical-Biological Agency's CSP FMBA is involved in scientific research related to the human genome and the analysis of obtained data. The development team creates internal services for the automation of movement, processing, and distributed storage of large volumes of data.

Solid knowledge of Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), networks, containerization; Experience deploying and operating production Kubernetes clusters; Experience implementing CI/CD, extensive experience with Ansible and Git; Understanding of web servers, load balancers, and message brokers (e.g., Nginx, Kafka); Understanding of networks and distributed systems; Experience configuring and using monitoring systems: Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack; Understanding of ITSM processes. Important: Completed higher education. Citizenship of the Russian Federation.
