DevOps Lead

DevOps Lead at Nevatekh (fintech product company). Full-time, hybrid in Saint Petersburg. Salary from 350,000 RUB net.

Main tasks: - Infrastructure and architecture: design, scaling, and automation of environments (Prod/Stage/Test) via IaC (Terraform, Ansible). - Containerization: development and support of Kubernetes and Docker clusters. - CI/CD: development of pipelines in GitLab CI/CD to accelerate code delivery. - Observability: development of monitoring, logs, and alerting (Grafana, Loki, Sentry). - Incidents: investigation of production failures, root cause analysis, improving fault tolerance. - Processes: implementation of DevOps standards, infrastructure review, helping developers.

Mandatory requirements: - Experience: 4+ years in DevOps/SRE, experience as a Team Lead. - Core: solid Linux + Docker + Kubernetes. - Automation: practical experience with GitLab CI, Terraform, and Ansible. - Monitoring: experience with Grafana + Loki + Sentry stack. - Skills: ability to investigate incidents and build fault-tolerant architecture. Nice to have: - Experience in Highload/Fintech projects. - Knowledge of SRE practices (SLI/SLO, error budget). - Knowledge of Python, Go, or Bash.
