VSN REALTY is looking for a Designer with a salary up to 120,000 RUB. Responsibilities include creating floor plans, presentations, marketing materials, and updating branded content.

Responsibilities: — Drawing floor plans for residential complexes developed by the company. — Developing new and modifying existing presentations for residential complexes. — Creating greeting cards. — Creating layouts for business cards and badges, ordering from printing houses according to specifications. — Creating banners for the company website. — Creating layouts for social media (stories). — Creating layouts for outdoor advertising. — Printing materials and lamination. — Maintaining up-to-date branded company materials and presentations, timely updates.

Requirements: — Experience in drawing floor plans, with examples of work. — Experience in creating image-based electronic and print products (brochures, business cards, badges, presentations). — Higher education or specialized courses in "design" (diplomas/certificates). — Excellent knowledge of CorelDraw and Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) (work experience in these programs) on PC platform. — Knowledge of pre-press processes and file preparation for printing, pre-press, color correction.
