Designer at Cinema Star in Moscow (hybrid) to create visuals for social media, advertising, and print, preparing layouts for production and maintaining brand style.

Design materials to promote company services. Create creatives for social networks and advertising campaigns. Develop layouts for printing of any complexity and fully prepare them for print. Prepare business cards, flyers, brochures, catalogs, presentation materials, packaging, outdoor advertising and other printed products. Create posts, stories, banners, presentations, commercial offers and other visual materials. Adapt ready-made layouts to different sizes, formats, advertising platforms and technical production requirements. Develop visual concepts for promotions, special offers and content rubrics. Maintain a unified corporate style in all company materials. Interact with marketer, SMM specialist, printing houses and other contractors.

Confident command of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Figma. Experience creating visual materials for social networks. Ability to adapt design to different formats and platforms. Ability to develop and prepare layouts of any complexity for print. Knowledge of prepress requirements. Understanding principles of composition, typography, color science and visual hierarchy. Experience developing advertising creatives to promote company services. Ability to work with brandbook and maintain a unified visual brand style. Ability to work with stock photo banks. Ability to independently propose visual concepts and find creative solutions. Portfolio mandatory: examples of social media design, advertising materials and printing must be posted on Behance, personal website or professional platform. Understanding principles of effective advertising and ability to analyze which visual solutions work better. Skills with neural networks and image generation tools.
